Lindsey obtained her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in May 2012.  She was called to the bar in British Columbia in May 2013. She has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since that time.  Lindsey worked at a boutique family law firm in downtown Vancouver from October 2011 until May 2020, when she opened her own practice.  Lindsey founded Cruickshank & Company in April 2021.        

Lindsey has experience at all levels of court in British Columbia, and has acted as co-counsel in seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. She has successfully represented clients on a range of family law issues, including the division of family property and family debt, child and spousal support, parenting arrangements, and relocations. Lindsey also has experience in negotiating and mediating resolutions to complex family law disputes.    

A passionate advocate, Lindsey's objective is to provide clients with comprehensive, organized, and effective legal services.        

Lindsey is currently a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.  She contributes regularly to CLEBC and was named one of CLEBC's Rising Star Contributors 2011 - 2018:
