Cruickshank & Company is a boutique family law firm founded in April 2021. We are conveniently located in downtown Vancouver near the Provincial and Supreme Courthouses and the Court of Appeal.  

We practice exclusively in the area of family law, and have experience at all levels of court in British Columbia.  

Our lawyers, Lindsey Cruickshank and César Baltazar, were colleagues for a number of years prior to the founding of Cruickshank & Company. They share a similar work ethic, focused on providing pragmatic and effective legal services.
